The company I worked with for the past 6.5 years had to reduce staff by 5%, which amounts to about 250 or so in Columbus. The job search is on folks. If you need (or know someone who needs) an experienced UI/Web/CSS/photog/whatever guy, I'll be right here. Ideal positions include, but are not limited to, front end design, user interface improvement, section 508 compliance, Photoshop jockey, and raiding the company 'fridge. Would be nice to work from home, but commuting seems to be a bad habit of mine for the past 10+ years.

Virtual World creations

These are some images from Second Life ^(TM), a virtual world where content is created by the user base.

Bass

Objects within SL are made from basic building blocks (primatives, or 'prims'), shaped and stretched, grouped together and textured to resemble whatever it is you care to envision. This bass consists of about 50 prims of varying shapes.

Timeline

This project was created for the SL7B event (Second Life 7th Birthday) and was a collaborative effort. The "Timeline" device takes the form of a large sundial and 24 hour clock, and is a unique storytelling structure that displays signifigant events from peoples lives.

The main store location for Spork. This build consists of roughly 250 prims and has a 40sq.m x 60 sq.m footprint.

A fictional bluesman in Second Life^(TM). Mr. Gumbo was mentored for a short time by Muddy Waters and toured with Luther Allison. The most famous fictional bluesman you've never heard of.
